In first grade, my Christmas drawing in pastels was chosen to be hung over the fake fireplace in our classroom. With that moment and my family's lifelong encouragement, I studied drawing and have pursued art ever since. Now I consider myself a painter. I still have that pastel drawing.

I've worked in many mediums, including ceramics, t-shirt designs, drawing and painting. My concentration for years was drawing and that experience is put to good use in my paintings and original acrylics. Sometimes I "sketch" with a brush full of paint, a glue gun or modeling paste on a palette knife.

My love of colors is the starter invitation to be creative. I strive to share my feelings through colors and my attention to details. I use the same intention when creating Commissions. I love the joy from others when they share their expressions of my work.
